Ticket, Seating Deadlines & Waitlist Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable.

• Check-In Deadline: All ticket holders must check in at the box office at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the show. If you haven’t checked in by this time, your seat may be released to someone on the waitlist.

• Waitlist Process for sold-out shows: If you’d like to try for a last-minute seat, you can arrive 30 minutes before the show to get on the waitlist. If any reserved seats are unclaimed, they will be offered to waitlisted guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
